**Lord willing, we are traveling and serving in Brazil from July 10-19th. A team from Calvary will be a part of the Living Water English Immersion 2026**

We will be providing much needed volunteer assistance in the annual one week English Immersion Program held at New Hope Bible Training Center (NHBTC) in Pacoti, northeastern Brazil. We were invited to come by David and Connie Johnson who are missionaries with Brazil Gospel Fellowship Mission. They are missionaries that Calvary has supported for almost 40 years!

The purpose of the immersion week according to the directors is "to be a blessing to others by helping them to speak better English. We are offering an affordable ESL (English as a second language) course. Improved English proficiency can pave the way for Brazilians in general to excel in global arenas such as the job market, education and tourism. And for those with a call for international missions, speaking English well can be a very useful tool."

Please be in prayer for us as we prepare for this historically impactful week. We will be helping children and adults by leading Bible studies, assisting in ESL lessons and facilitating creative arts and craft projects.

Individuals going will be raising funds to underwrite our airfare and lodging needs. The total cost is expected to be $2300 per person. At 10:30 AM we have the privilege of worshipping our great God and celebrating our great salvation! My message this week focuses on 2 Timothy 4:5 and continues our Discipleship Alignment series. The message is titled, "Your Handpicked: Finish What You Started" Our Sunday School begins at 9:30 AM...in the first class we are continuing our look in I Samuel. The second class option explores the extremely intriguing prophet Daniel. But hey, come at 9:15, grab a coffee and donut and make a new friend. We'd love to meet you!
